This week, the Partnership for Employer-Sponsored Coverage joined several other employer and union organizations in sending a letter to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy urging Congress to include comprehensive protections against surprise medical billing in the next pandemic relief package.
